1.Click the Start button, and select Control Panel.

2. Click the Network and Internet Connections link.

3. Click the Network Connections link

4. Right-click your local area connection, and select Properties

5. Select Internet Protocol (TCP/IP).

6. Click the Properties button.

7. Select the Obtain an IP Address Automatically option.

8. Select the Obtain DNS Server Address Automatically option. Verizon customers see NOTE above

9. Click the Advanced button.

10. Select the WINS tab.

11.Select the Default: Use NetBIOS Setting from the DHCP Server... option.

12. Click OK

13. In the Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) Properties window, click OK.

14. Click the Close button.

15. Restart your computer.
